My first professional engagement led me to the personnel development department of a global C&C trading company. After that, I was operationally and strategically active in Switzerland and abroad for many years as managing director, operating partner and CEO, both in SMEs and in large domestic and foreign companies in the retail and service sectors.

 

As a member of the Advisory Board, I am currently advising a Swiss FinTech startup and acting as a mentor at the University of Zurich.

 

My further education consists of a degree from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and an Executive MBA degree from the Universities of Zurich and Stanford. German is my mother tongue, I also speak English, French and Italian.

 

“The best team ever wins” accompanied me in my numerous personnel decisions. I am convinced that people make the difference. That is why I was and still am interested in the development of specialists and managers alike.

 

In my private life, my family and my dog ​​keep me busy, and if time permits, I indulge in tennis in summer and skiing in winter.
