I started to work for Convids AG as a freelancer in 2019. In my previous career I was working as a member of the management team and as a coach for service companies. My goal was always to find ideal candidates who were matching the job profile in the best ways with their competencies. This was always the key for success.

When I am not working I am spending time with my Rhodesian Ridgeback or with my mountain bike. I like to be out in the nature and to meet other people.
