After my studies in industrial and organizational psychology I developed my skills in coaching and project management. I was working for several years in some large companies in organizational development functions before I joined Convidis AG as an assessor. 

 

From 2017 I am working as an independent coach and in this function I am supporting Convidis AG as a freelance assessor.
