Digitization, mobility and other circumstances can also be taken into account in our assessments. We carry out assessments to the usual extent and with the same exercises and tasks as in our assessments on site. The candidate completes the assessment at home and is in contact with the assessors by phone and video throughout the day. For example, we observe the candidate (s) during a presentation exercise via video and let him / her conduct an «employee interview via video call» in role play, which in the current situation certainly corresponds to a real scenario.
